Confirmed launch platforms
Hearth and Hamlet is currently confirmed for Steam on Windows and SteamOS/Linux. The store lists a 64-bit Windows build and Linux requirements that name Ubuntu 20.04 or newer and SteamOS.
Mac support is not listed. The developer previously said macOS had not yet been explored, so the accurate answer is “not currently supported,” not “never coming.” PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, GOG, iOS, and Android releases have not been announced. A player-created GOG Dreamlist entry is a request, not confirmation from the publisher.
Is Hearth and Hamlet multiplayer?
No. Steam currently lists Single-player only. There is no announced co-op, competitive multiplayer, or online kingdom sharing. The incremental settlement and raid systems are designed around managing your own realm.
Steam Achievements are listed for the full game. Family Sharing also appears in store metadata, although its practical availability should be checked after the game becomes purchasable.

The Steam store currently lists seven languages:

The store metadata presently marks interface, subtitles, and full audio across these entries. Treat that as the current Steam listing rather than proof that every line has full voice coverage; the store does not explain the extent of audio localisation.
Localized Steam titles include 放置领主：财富之城 in Simplified Chinese, 放置領主：財富之城 in Traditional Chinese, 小さな領地の繫盛記 in Japanese, and 영주님은 방치중: 중세 도시 키우기 in Korean.
Platform wording that stays accurate
It is safer to say “currently confirmed for Steam on Windows and SteamOS/Linux” than “PC exclusive.” Future ports remain possible, but no roadmap exists. SteamOS/Linux support also does not automatically mean Steam Deck Verified; see the separate Steam Deck status page for that distinction.
